Instructions:

Toast wholemeal bread and spread with butter. Wash vegetables. Cut tomatoes into quarters, roughly tear carrot, slice radishes. Top bread with lettuce, tomato quarters, radish slices, carrot shreds and sprouts. Place in storage box. Prepare a dressing of crème fraîche, sea salt, pepper and chives and spread on the topped bread.
