Make brine: To 1 liter of water = 1 tbsp salt, To 2 liters of water = 2 tbsp salt Cold mix!

Add peppers, dill, garlic and horseradish to the jar. Put washed small cucumbers in the jar. 1 old bread roll on top.

Fill the jar with brine. Close the screw cap tightly. Put the jar in the sun and swirl it every 2 days so that the brine can run. Cloudiness in the brine is normal. If brine seeps through the lid, it is also normal. If too much brine has seeped out, top up with water. After 14 days the masterpiece is done.
