Instructions:

Wash the strawberries and remove the greenery.

Preheat oven to 175 °C.

Melt butter. Beat eggs and sugar (set aside 1 tablespoon for the cake glaze) until creamy. Add butter and mix well. Combine flour and baking powder and fold in. Add whipped cream, lemon juice and vanilla pulp.

Pour batter into a greased, floured cake springform pan (26 cm ø). Spread strawberries evenly on top. Bake in the oven at 175 °C for 1 hour.

Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
