Instructions:

Cook a dampfl from the above ingredients.

Brush with butter and spread the beaten egg white of two egg whites on it and sprinkle with a mixture of 60 g almond flakes and 30 g sugar.

Bake at a good temperature. Cover after about half an hour to prevent the glaze from darkening.
