Place the fish in a gratin dish. Mix whipped cream with saffron, paprika and a little bit of salt and pour over the fish.
Bake the whole thing in the oven at about 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes (time depends on the thickness of the fish).
Serve with potatoes or long grain rice and green salad with a light yogurt sauce.
Tip: Use a normal or light yogurt as needed!
