Instructions:

Mix cornstarch (maizena), egg and a little water to a plump batter, season with a little soy sauce. Shape the fish pieces in the batter, drain well and fry quickly in portions in plenty of oil until brown.

Take out and warm in the stove. Stir-fry onions, garlic and vegetables (except tomatoes and pineapple), stir through sauce ingredients and add as well. When the sauce boils and thickens, add the tomatoes and pineapple. Add the fish at the very end or serve it separately.
