For the sweet chili sauce, mix cornstarch with water.
Mix all ingredients, except the starch, in a saucepan and grind until the desired consistency is reached. Bring to a boil in a saucepan (medium heat), stir in the starch to thicken. Vary with the amounts of chilies as desired.
Serve the sweet chili sauce.
