For the chocolate-cherry dessert, cream the butter until fluffy, gradually stir in the egg yolks and add the almonds and vanilla sugar. Put the chocolate on a plate and steam it in the Miele steamer at universal cooking temperature 90°C for 2 minutes and mix it into the butter dessert. Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff and fold into the mixture as well. Butter 8 ramekins (or coffee cups) and sprinkle with sugar. Spread the mixture into the prepared ramekins ¾ high. Put a Mon Chéri in each ramekin and cook in the Miele steamer on the following setting: Universal cooking: 90°C for 20-25 minutes.

The chocolate-cherry dessert is best served still warm.
