Instructions:

Mix all ingredients for the dough and prepare into a smooth dough. Let rest for one hour. Stir in the crushed fruit and vanilla essence and bake by tablespoonfuls in hot fat at 190 degrees Celsius for about 6 minutes until brown. Put on the table sprinkled with fine sugar.
