Mix the curd, milk, oil, egg, sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix with baking powder and flour and almond kernels. Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough. Form ten mice and attach a narrow roll of dough as a tail. Mix egg yolk with milk and brush each mouse with it. For ears, put in almond kernels. For the eyes, press in raisins. Then bake in a heated oven at 200 °C for about 20 minutes.
