For the sweet semolina dumplings, bring milk, salt, sugar and lemon zest to a boil. Add semolina and let swell covered at low heat for about 5 minutes. For the strawberry puree, finely mash the strawberries and spread the puree on a plate. Use a spoon to cut out dumplings from the semolina mixture and place them on the strawberry puree. Garnish the sweet semolina dumplings with mint leaves and serve.
