Instructions:

For the chard zucchini pizza, first knead flour, yeast, salt, olive oil and water into a smooth dough and let rest for ½ hour.

Meanwhile, for the topping, blanch the chard leaves in boiling salted water, rinse in ice water and then cut into strips. Also slice the zucchini and onions. Dice the mozzarella and finely chop the garlic.

Now mix the chard with the cream cheese and season with garlic and salt.

Preheat the oven to 230 °C top and bottom heat.

Roll out the dough thinly on a baking paper or a silicone mat. Spread the chard mixture on top, place the zucchini and onion slices on top and sprinkle with the mozzarella cubes.

Bake the chard and zucchini pizza for about 15-20 minutes and serve sprinkled with the basil.
