For the Swiss sausage salad, first clean, rinse and dry the radishes and cut them into slices.

Quarter the sausage and cheese slices and place them in a suitable bowl. Clean the spring onions, cut the white bulbs into fine rings and add to the bowl along with the radishes.

For the dressing, mix beef broth, sunflower oil or other vegetable oil, white wine vinegar and mustard and season with salt and pepper. Empty over the sausage salad and mix well.

Let the Swiss sausage salad stand for about 2 hours, then season and bring to the table.
