Instructions:

Boil bulgur in water/vegetable soup, swell at low temperature for 5 minutes with closed lid, remove from stove and allow to soak for 10 minutes. Mix with herbs and tomatoes, make a marinade with the rest of the ingredients, pour over it and mix well, let it stand for at least 2 hours.

Great for roasting or other parties, can also be prepared the day before.

Our tip: If you like to cook with fresh herbs, it is best to get kitchen herbs in pots – so you always have everything ready!
