Try this delicious pasta dish:

1. boil water for the pasta. Heat soup, fish stock, wine in a small saucepan and reduce to 125 ml.

2. heat oil in a frying pan and saute radicchio strips in it on medium heat until leaves collapse. Add the shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes until the shrimp flesh is pink. Then remove from the heat immediately.

3. put the tagliolini in the boiling and salted water and cook for 3 minutes. Drain, reserving 125 ml of pasta water. Add pasta to the frying pan to the radicchio and shrimp form and mix thoroughly.
