Instructions:

For the tahini thaler, mix the tahini, salt and honey. Add the sunflower seeds and oat flour. Mix well.

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten with the back of a spoon or moistened fingers.

Bake at 160 °C for about 10 to 15 minutes (never longer).
