For the dumplings, mix flour, yolks, whipping cream, salt and water but do not stir too long. Use a spoon to make dumplings and place them in boiling water.

As soon as the dumplings float to the surface, remove them with a slotted spoon. Melt the butter and mix with the sour cream. Turn the dumplings in it.
