Instructions:

For the patio cookies, crumble the flour and butter, add the remaining ingredients for the dough and quickly knead everything into a smooth dough.

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest in a cool place for at least 1/2 hour. Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Warm the nut nougat in a water bath.

Then roll out the dough on a floured work surface and cut out different motifs in 2 sizes each.

Bake the cookies for about 10 minutes. After cooling, put 2 cookies of different sizes and the same motif together with some nut nougat.

Then dust the terrace cookies with powdered sugar.
