Remove the skin from raw potatoes, grate and squeeze well (pig’s work). cooked, peeled potatoes also grate and prepare with the raw grated potatoes, flour, milk, salt, pepper, eggs, nutmeg and maybe marjoram to a firm loo dough. Dice the Ahle Worscht. Form dumplings, placing two to three to four sausage cubes in the center of each dumpling.
