Mix groats with soup and cook in a closed pot in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes. Finely dice the bacon and fry. Sauté diced onions until soft and translucent. Add to the groats form and season to taste with the spices. Cool the mixture a little. Now fold in the blood and season repeatedly. Empty the mixture into an ovenproof dish and bake in the oven at 225 degrees for about 30 minutes. Tip: Freshly prepared Thüringer Grützwurst is eaten with kale or sauerkraut.
