For the thyme roasted potatoes, peel and wash the potatoes. Then cut the potatoes into thin slices. Mix the olive oil with the thyme, salt and pepper.

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Peel and press the garlic and add it to the olive oil mixture. Grease an ovenproof baking dish or pan, pour in the potato slices and pour the olive oil mixture over them.

Then place the baking dish or pan with the thyme potatoes in the oven for about 1 hour.
