Instructions:

Coarsely crumble the bread and pour the milk. Let stand briefly, then add eggs, cheese and seasoning. Mix everything well.

Heat 1 tablespoon of butter and put half of the omelet mixture in the frying pan and cook on low heat. Make a second omelet with the rest of the mixture. Serve half an omelet per person, sprinkle with chives.

Serve with a mixed leaf salad.

Our tip: Fresh chives are much more aromatic than dried ones!
