For a Strammen Max, cut the whole wheat roll into 2 halves, brush with a little butter and place onion rings on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 8 minutes. Put ham sausage on top and bake again briefly, put Gouda on top, bake again briefly.

In the meantime, fry eggs in a ring with a little butter, season with salt and pepper. Place the finished fried eggs on the wholemeal rolls and serve the Strammen Max with ketchup.
