Instructions:

For the tiramisu bomb without egg, whip the cream with the powdered sugar.

Add lemon zest and a little lemon juice and continue to beat vigorously.

Gradually add mascarpone by the spoonful, stirring the mixture constantly.

Rinse a large salad bowl with cold water and line with plastic wrap.

Prepare the espresso and mix with 4 cl of rum.

Dip the biscuits in the rum coffee and layer a row on the edge of the bowl mold.

Spread mixture on top and smooth. Alternate biscotti and whipped cream mascarpone mixture until the bowl is full.

Finally, line up dipped biscotti around the edge of the bowl, like a ring. This gives the tiramisu bomb sturdiness.

Top with cream mixture and refrigerate overnight.

Before serving, turn out onto a cake plate and carefully remove plastic wrap.

Whip the cream and cover the bomb with it.

Sprinkle with cocoa powder and serve cold.
