For the tiramisu ice cream, beat yolks and powdered sugar until white and foamy. Heat milk with whipped cream and coffee powder. Stir the sugar-yolk mixture into the warm milk-whipped cream mixture.

Heat in saucepan until a thick mixture forms. Mix in ladyfingers and rum (small pieces should remain), put the mixture into the ice cream maker or freeze in the freezer (stirring frequently).

Serve the tiramisu ice cream as desired.
