Instructions:

For the toast, knead all ingredients into a dough for 10-15 minutes. Pour into a loaf pan, smooth out and let rise for about 60 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 220°C / top and bottom heat and bake the bread for 5 minutes. Turn the temperature down to 180°C and bake for another 40 minutes.
