Instructions:

First grate the Emmental and Parmesan cheese. Cut the Gorgonzola into small pieces.

Spread butter on one half of each toast. Sprinkle the bread with each of the four cheeses and season with pepper and a little nutmeg.

Toast in the toaster until golden brown and serve the Toast Quattro Formaggi immediately.
