For the toast langos first prepare the yeast dough. For the yeast dough mix all ingredients and then let it rise. I usually let it rise for 2 hours. If it is still too soft, just add another flour.

When the yeast dough has then gone, just take small portions and then roll them out. On the rolled out dough, ham, cheese, leek give and roll up. Bake in oil until golden brown and serve warm.
