Instructions:

For the Toffifee-Tascherl, first preheat the oven to 180 °C hot air. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Roll out the puff pastry and cut out circles with a diameter of approx. 5 cm. Place a Toffifee on half of the circles, flat side down. Place another pastry circle on top and press the edges down.

Beat the egg and brush the dough circles with it. Sprinkle with salt or chocolate chips.

Place the Toffifee-Tascherl on the baking tray and bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
