For the baked tofu, briefly rinse the tofu and pat dry. Cut into about 8 equal cubes. Turn in flour and fry in hot oil until golden brown on each side.
Peel and finely grate radish and ginger. Squeeze the radish and make a small mound (about 1 tablespoon) on each of the appetizer plates.
Put the ginger on top (less than 1 tsp), place 2 tofu each next to the radish.
