Instructions:

Soak wakame in cold water for 3-5 min. Briefly dip the tofu in a sufficiently large bowl of cold water, then drain. Cut the tofu into approx. 1cm cubes.

Now put the dashi clear soup into a saucepan and bring to an open boil. Stir in the soy sauce and add the diced tofu. Remove the saucepan from the stove.

Squeeze wakame accurately by hand and add to soup as well. Portion into individual bowls and bring to the table.
