Tofu with Bell Bell Pepper Vegetables – with Rez Sezchuan Sauce

Instructions:

Cut the tofu into 3 cm cubes and pour the marinade over it, leave to cool, preferably for one night. Heat oil in a wok and finish frying the tofu pieces until brown in oil. Remove and keep warm. Chop the garlic cloves and brown lightly in the remaining oil, cut the lower parts of the scallions into rings and roast. Cut the bell bell pepper into strips, add and season with a tiny bit of vegeta. Add the marinade and the sezchuan sauce and season. Gently fold in the tofu and sprinkle with the chopped top of the scallions.

Szechuan Sauce: Stir through all ingredients.
