For the tomato-mozzarella pan with minced meat, bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta, strain.

Chop the onion. Season the mince with salt and pepper. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the onion with the mince until it takes color.

Cut the cherry tomatoes into small pieces, add them to the pan and fry them briefly. Then add the herbs. Cut the mozzarella into cubes.

Reduce heat slightly and add the mozzarella to the pan. Let it melt slowly. When the cheese is nicely melted, mix with the pasta (croissants, spirals or similar).
