For the tomato-mango salad, peel the mango, remove the flesh from the core and cut into small cubes. Wash cocktail tomatoes, cut into quarters or just halves.

Place in a bowl with the mango cubes. Peel and chop the red onion. Wash the arugula lettuce and add it to the bowl along with the onions.

Mix everything together well.

For the dressing, mix the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and dried oregano and pour it over the tomato-mango salad.

Mix everything together again, garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve.
