Instructions:

For the tomato meat sauce, peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Peel and finely grate the carrots and celery.

Heat the oil and brown the onion and garlic cubes, add the mince and fry until crumbly.

Then add the vegetables and fry them as well.

Stir in the tomato paste, fry lightly and deglaze with a dash of water.

Stir the strained tomatoes, oregano, thyme, soup powder and sugar into the meat-vegetable mixture and simmer covered for about 30 minutes.
