For the tomato pizza, preheat the oven to 220 °C.

For the tomato pizza, halve the cherry tomatoes and cut the fresh mushrooms into thin slices. Place the pizza dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bead up the edges between your fingers.

Spread the pizza crust with the pesto rosso. Spread the tomatoes and mushrooms on top. Sprinkle with oregano, basil and thyme, top with grated cheese.

Mix olive oil with chopped garlic. Brush the pizza crust with garlic oil and bake the tomato pizza in a well preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes.

Serve the tomato pizza immediately.
