Tomato Ragout in Long Grain Rice

Instructions:

Long-grain rice in the boiling vegetable soup form and 40 min lightly wallow until the liquid is absorbed. Clean mushrooms, cut into slices, sprinkle with juice of one lemon. Peel onion and chop finely. Cut bacon into strips, fry in the melted light butter. Add mushrooms and onion and sauté.

Drain the tomatoes and collect the juices.

Add tomato juice and sherry to the mushrooms form. Coarsely chop the tomatoes and add. Season and simmer for 5 minutes.

Mix long grain rice with the herbs and bring to the table together with the tomatoes.

Our tip: Use bacon with a fine, smoky note!
