Tomato Soup with Limes

Instructions:

Caramelize the sugar in a saucepan and extinguish with the lime juice. Add the lime zest and a little water. Chop the garlic and add it. Rinse the tomatoes, chop them coarsely and add them as well. Extinguish everything with 200 ml of water and cook for approx.

20 min.

Blend finely with a hand blender, add garam masala, season once more with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar and serve with coarsely plucked mint.

Our tip: If you like to cook with fresh herbs, it is best to get kitchen herbs in pots – so you always have everything ready!
