A great cake recipe for any occasion:

Cook a yeast dough from the ingredients listed. Let it rise.

Roll out the dough and place it on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Form a rim and press it a little bit smooth.

Mix egg yolk with water and brush the rolled out dough with it. Let it rise until the filling is prepared.

Cut trout fillets into small pieces, remove bone. Stir cream cheese, fish pieces, eggs and cream, mash a little bit and season. Pour the mixture on the dough base. Place tart in 220 degree oven and bake for 25 minutes.

Garnish with dill and halved lemon slices, serve lukewarm.
