Instructions:

For the toppled potatoes, boil, peel and slice the potatoes. Hard boiled eggs and sausage also cut into slices.

Whisk cream and eggs and season with salt and pepper. Mix with the potato mixture.

Grease the baking dish and pour the potato mixture into it. Bake at 180 °C until a golden brown crust appears on top.

Serve the overturned potatoes.
