For the tuna-sardine pizza, first make the dough. For this, lukewarm mineral water with the remaining ingredients knead well, let the dough rise until the volume has doubled.

Then knead well again by hand and roll out. Slightly heat the strained tomatoes and season with oregano, salt.

Spread the tomato sauce on the pizza base, top with tuna, sardines, olives, onion and mozzarella.

Bake the tuna-sardine pizza at 200 °C hot air for about 20 minutes.
