For the tuna-avocado-apple salad, toast the coriander seeds in a pan without adding fat, finely chop the herb. Cut the tuna into centimeter-sized cubes and put them in a bowl. Squeeze the lemon. Peel and pit the avocado and cut it into cubes. Peel and dice the apple, removing the core. Add the avocado and apple cubes to the tuna in the bowl and immediately pour the lemon juice over them. Now stir in the balsamic vinegar and season with chopped coriander greens, coriander seeds and salt.
