For the tuna-mozzarella strudel, preheat the oven to 200 °C. Cover the baking tray with baking paper. Drain the tuna well in a sieve. Dab mozzarella dry and cut into small cubes.

Roughly mash tuna with a fork, mix with mozzarella crumbs and basil. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, lemon juice and crushed garlic.

Place a strudel sheet on a damp cloth. Spread with butter. Place second strudel sheet on top and also brush with butter.

Spread the filling in the lower third of the dough, fold in the side edges, roll up the dough from below over the filling. Place the strudel on the baking tray.

Brush with butter and bake in preheated oven (middle rack) for about 20 minutes. Let the strudel rest briefly before cutting.
