For the tuna noodles, peel and dice the onion and garlic and sauté in olive oil. Clean the carrot, cut into small cubes and also brown. Open the tomato can and chop the tomatoes a bit. Now add to the onion-garlic mixture, also mix in the tuna.

Season with pepper, salt and a pinch of sugar and cayenne pepper to taste. Continue to simmer on low heat and add the spaghetti.

Once the pasta is cooked, drain the water and collect the pasta in a colander. Mix the freshly chopped kitchen herbs into the sauce, season once more with salt and pepper. Mix the spaghetti and sauce, serve and sprinkle grated cheese on top of the tuna pasta.
