For the tuna noodles, sauté the onions in the oil from the canned tuna, deglaze with red wine. Add a squeeze of lemon juice. Then add the tuna, capers, anchovies and garlic. Simmer for a few minutes. Then add the tomato pieces and Italian herbs if desired. Serve with the cooked pasta and sprinkle grated cheese over the tuna pasta before serving.
