For the tuna pasta salad, cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Strain and collect some of the cooking water and set aside. Rinse the cooked pasta with cold water and mix with a dash of olive oil to prevent it from sticking together.

Drain the liquid from the tuna can and mash the tuna with a fork. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters or halves, depending on their size. Sort out the arugula, wash and pat dry. Cut coarsely. Wash the onions and chop the white part finely. Cut the green part into thin rings.

Now mix the pasta with the tuna, the arugula, the tomatoes and the young onions.

Mix 3-4 tablespoons of the pasta cooking water with vinegar and olive oil and season the tuna pasta salad with salt, honey and pepper.
