For the tuna steak with coconut rice, wash the steak, pat dry and marinate with the soy sauce for about ½ hour.

Bring coconut milk to a boil, sprinkle in rice and steam according to instructions, adding water if necessary. Gently brown coconut flakes in dry skillet, immediately remove from hot skillet.

Roll tuna steak in the sesame seeds and sear in the hot oil for no more than one minute per side, the steak should still be raw on the inside.

Season rice with salt and serve with the tuna steak and toasted coconut flakes.
