Instructions:

For the turkey breast medallions on fruit-curry vegetables, sauté pepper and curry in olive oil. Add some diced nectarines, banana pieces, chili slices and onion wedges to the pan with the turkey medallions.

Deglaze with a tiny bit of white wine vinegar and vegetable soup, add garlic, curry, honey, Tabasco and grated processed cheese and simmer. Cook the long grain rice with the chopped spinach in salted water, drain, season and add butter.

Cut the remaining onion into rings, roll them in flour and fry them in fat until crispy and season with salt.

Serve the turkey breast medallions on fruit curry vegetables with the onion rings.
