Instructions:

Rub meat with salt and pepper, brush with liquid clarified butter, roast in oven.

Circuit: 190 to 200 °C , 2nd slide bar v. U.

160 to 180 °C , convection oven 55 to 60 min.

Take out the turkey breast, cool. Separate meat from the bone, cut into slices, place repeatedly on the skeleton, garnish with herbs, slices of vegetables and fruit.

Cranberry sauce: chop shallot very finely, stir through with mustard, wine, cranberries and lemon zest, season to taste.

Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good aroma!
