For the turkey cordon bleu, whisk the eggs with the salt in a plate and put the flour and breadcrumbs in each plate as well. Pat the meat and cover one side with a layer of ham, a layer of cheese and then another layer of ham.

Then fold the meat and press it down. If necessary, secure around the edges with toothpicks. Then roll the turkey roll first in the flour, then in the egg and then in the bread crumbs.
